Clarity is the product.

Public procurement is demanding enough. The research layer should make the decision sharper—not add another system your team has to manage.

01

Signal over volume

A long list of notices is not intelligence. We filter against an approved capability profile and elevate the opportunities that warrant attention.

02

Evidence over assumptions

Material findings travel with official links, retrieval context, and explicit unknowns—so your team can verify before acting.

03

Control stays with you

AlphaXR supports the decision. Your company verifies the facts, chooses whether to pursue, prices, certifies, signs, and submits.

From scattered source documents to one defensible decision.

BidScout is a focused opportunity-monitoring service for established commercial cleaning companies that want public-sector visibility without spending their week sorting portals and attachments.

Does BidScout submit bids for us?

No. AlphaXR prepares research and decision-support materials. Your company verifies every fact and controls pricing, certifications, signatures, and submission.

Are opportunities or contract awards guaranteed?

No. Source activity and company fit vary. BidScout never guarantees a matching opportunity, bid outcome, contract award, or revenue result.

What happens if there is no qualified match?

You receive a no-match report documenting the completed monitoring cycle. A month without a match does not create a refund or account credit.

What information do you need from us?

After payment, one plain-language onboarding form asks about service area, facility types, capacity, exclusions, lead time, insurance, bonding, licenses, registrations, and past performance. Mark anything you are unsure about as unknown. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card details, tax IDs, or portal credentials.

What does proof mean?

Proof is a current document or official record that supports a readiness fact—such as a certificate of insurance, bond letter, vendor registration, license, certification, or past-performance reference. Onboarding asks whether current proof is available and for known limits and expiration dates. If a specific opportunity needs a copy or newer document, we explain exactly what is needed and why. Until a mandatory item is confirmed, the notice is a potential match—not a qualified match.

Can we cancel?

The founding validation offer is month-to-month. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent a future charge. The agreement provided before checkout controls the exact timing and approved correction or refund terms.
